Hi, I’m Blake Fly. I’m the husband to Emily, the proud dad to Koah and Summer, and the founder of Dads Making History.
When Koah was born, I wanted to track the journey of his life. On his monthly birthdays, I’d take pictures, and sometimes, I’d interview him with a fake microphone and call it “Koah News.” He didn’t say much, but it was hilarious, and I loved doing it.
But as life got busier, I fell off.
When our daughter Summer came along, it felt like she had a post-it note on her forehead that said, “Make me those messages and don’t forget.” I knew I needed accountability to keep it going, so I assembled a team of dads and called it Dads Making History.
